Lead Data Engineering / Senior Data Engineer / Data Architect

Our client is independently owned, operates in media and with its proprietary data intelligence and analytics platform that delivers transformative outcomes for their clients.
They are currently looking for an experienced Lead Data Engineer to help drive the future strategy and execution of their data and analytics technology vision. The Lead Data Engineer will be critical in helping deliver the next stage in the evolution of the data & analytics platform.
Key duties;
- Strategies, define and priorities the tech development roadmap, and translate it into technical specifications.
- Automate data collection and transformation pipelines.
- Improve technical infrastructure.
- Lead a team of 3 Data Engineers.
The idea candidate
- Strong experience in Data Engineering or Technical Data Science.
- Extensive experience in Python and/or R.
- Advanced SQL.
- Experience building data pipelines to collect, transform and store data using Google Cloud.
- Experience in digital media and advertising.
Up to £95k base + bonus + benefits
