Head of Business Development (Agency Sales) – Mobile AdTech

The successful applicant will have strategic, commercial & revenue responsibilities for the programmatic department.
A newly created role- The Head of Business Development’s responsibilities would be to strategically build and preserve sales plan across major European territories.
You will build long-lasting relationships with programmatic and demand stakeholders such as a direct advertiser, media & digital agencies, major agency trading desks, SSP’s, DSPs, Ad Networks, while creating and executing targets and ‘hands-on’ managing the entire sales process, from scheduling the initial meeting/call, and closing deals.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of successful agency/AdTech sales experience with a proven and demonstrable track record in closing deals and exceeding revenue goals.
You are highly presentable, with excellent communication and presentations skills.
You have a “hunter” mindset, who is able to overcome challenges/shortfalls in order to get the job done.
Up to £55k base salary + very generous OTE + benefits.
