Senior Sales Director – #AdTech & #Programmatic

A leading and highly successful global, omnichannel AdTech business is currently seeking a Senior Sales Director to join their London team.

The successful applicant will have regional commercial responsibilities for a set of groundbreaking data & programmatic products.

This is a newly created role – The Senior Sales Director will work to establish and expand strategic relationships with digital agencies and direct advertisers, and other Programmatic partners (SSPs, DMPs, DSPs) while leading a growing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong and trusted strategic relationships at the highest level with major agency groups and direct advertisers/brands.
  • Leadership role – manage and grow the agency sales team.
  • Drive opportunities and maximize revenue opportunities for the managed service trading desk (DSP), across various European territories.
  • Work hand in hand with internal stakeholders across the region to upsell & cross-sell existing clients.

The ideal candidate:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background of successfully selling advertising technology (adtech) or data-driven media solutions to digital agencies, advertisers, publishers and/or technology companies in the EMEA region.

  • A minimum of 8+ years of successful programmatic sales experience within the digital media sector & AdTech.
  • You will have a strong understanding of the programmatic buying and/or digital media landscape.
  • Experienced and insertional people leader.
  • You must have the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines with demonstrated initiative.

Highly competitive £base salary + uncapped OTE + benefits.
