Strategic Account Manager – #AdTech & #Programmatic
An opportunity to move away from a campaign activation/trading position and onto a client-facing, strategic and AdTech product-focused role!
My client, a growing ‘brand direct focused’ AdTech solutions and is currently seeking a client-facing, strategic programmatic professional to join their newly created and growing account management/ client success team – in Central London (*flex working)
- Own client relationships – Consult and support key clients (Brands, Advertisers, Programmatic partners) from the initial onboarding, and ensure they are making the best of the platform/s based on their needs.
- Internal stakeholders – collaborate with sales, product management, and technical account management team.
- Organise and deliver product training.
- In addition, you will be expected to negotiate renewal contracts, upsell and cross-sell across a suite of AdTech products and services.
The ideal candidate;
- Minimum of 2/3 years of programmatic trading, and/or digital account management in AdTech, Digital Agency or Online Publisher environments.
- You are highly client-facing with a strong passion for client service and AdTech.
Up to £50k base salary + £15k bonus + benefits.
