A truly exciting opportunity to join the one of the UKs largest Online B2C Publisher! Our client has a huge portfolio of highly popular sites, and is currently seeking a Client Service Manager to work closely with both the CS and Ad Ops Directors in pushing the digital operational strategy forward!
The client Service Manager is a key role within the Ad Operations team and the wider commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for an Online Ad Ops professional to move away from day to day campaigns implementation duties and on towards a strategic and project base role.
Your main responsibilities would include ensuring digital ad campaigns are performing better , as well as working to ensure client retention, and improve the customer service with all the digital and creative agencies. You will be responsible for suggesting new digital ad formats or multi-platform opportunities, and work with the Ad Technology Manager to implement these across a portfolio of our client’s online sites.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years working in Ad Operations, and be able to push ahead with revenue-prioritised projects for large media owners or publishers. You have deep understanding of the digital market changes, as well as being proactive and enjoy building professional relationships at all level.
Up to £35k base salary + bonus + excellent company benefits.
