A newly created role – The Digital (Mobile) Account Manager will be responsible for supporting ‘self-serviced’ existing agency & Publisher clients . Frequent travel (approx. once a month) to European territories will be required.
Reporting into the Director of Client Services, you will work closely with key clients/ partners to ensure the successful and unbroken full campaign management life cycle (planning/ creation – trafficking/analysis) of mobile and cross-screen display advertising campaigns (HTML5). You will be responsible for up-selling and cross-selling and providing regular training sessions to ensure to your clients make the best use of the mobile platform.
The ideal candidate will have;
- Excellent customer facing skills – Minimum of 2 years client facing experience in an advertising technology, a digital media agency or within a publisher role.
- Experience in Ad Ops and/or Campaign Management ideally with Mobile advertising (but not essential!)
- Basic understanding of HTML5 – highly beneficial.
