Programmatic Ad Ops & Yield Manager –

My client is serious about being playful!! A huge online/mobile gaming company with global reach is looking for Programmatic Ad Ops Manager & Yield to help to help kick start their advertising and programmatic offerings!
A newly created role – Your main responsibilities would be to plan and implement Ad ops & programmatic strategy, manage relationship with external programmatic partners, as well ‘hands on’ traffic, implement and optimise programmatic ad campaigns (programmatic trading). You would also be responsible for identifying key traffic sources and engaging with publishers for direct campaigns as well as utilise 1st party data effectively. In addition, you will execute and oversee day-to-day yield management across all campaigns and supply sources.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years Ad Ops experience with knowledge of DFP Premium, DBM, and Adx. Experience with strong understanding of mobile display, video RTB, rich media and app downloads, with clear understanding of the programmatic landscape and experience of implementing programmatic technologies (required).
Up to £60k base salary + generous bonus + excellent company benefit!
