Key responsibilities:

  • Client-facing – being a trusted adviser to our client by leading weekly/monthly calls.
  • Growth plans and Campaign Strategies – provide strategic recommendations and insights to achieve objectives and desired results.
  • Overseas a team of programmatic executives
  • Manage QA process, troubleshooting and budget reallocation to meet client’s KPIs.
  • Develop creative testing plans and liaise with design teams to coordinate campaign assets.
  • Lead QBR meetings.

An opportunity to join a high growth ‘specialist digital media agency’ as Programmatic Director! The Programmatic Director will lead, own and manage the relationship of one of the agency’s largest accounts while managing a small team (3-4 people) of #Programmatic Executives.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Programmatic Director to join the team.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 3/4 + years experience as a programmatic trader/programmatic account manager either within a digital media agency or client side.
  • In-depth knowledge of one or more DSP (Demand Side Platform) technologies.
  • Advanced optimisation techniques to deliver against standard programmatic KPIs for client satisfaction and budget growth.
  • Solid reporting and analytical skills.
  • Passionate about everything media and advertising.
