Our client is pioneering digital advertising technology (Ad Tech) business with the most cutting-edge technology to engage audiences across any screen. They are currently seeking Programmatic (RTB) Account Manager to join their Trading and Programmatic team.
A highly client facing role – the Programmatic (RTB) Account Manager will work in a ‘client service’ capacity, and be responsible for helping clients and agencies with campaign set up, campaign report and post campaign reports and recommendation to ensure repeat business. You will run training session to ensure your clients are getting the best out of the DSP platform, and generally be the 1st point of contact to the clients for help with any issues that arise.
In addition, you will be working closely and support the sales team by being product ‘expert matter’ and running product demos to help win new business.
The ideal candidate will be highly client facing and able to build strong and meaningful client relationships at all level of the organisation! A minimum of 2 years’ experience working within Programmatic Media (RTB) or Digital Trading is essential.
Up to £45k base salary + bonus + benefits.
