Sales Manager, Publisher Development – AdTech

My client is seeking an experienced sales professional (#publisher development) to join a fast-growing team, where you’ll lead our sales and development initiatives in key growth markets.

The ideal candidate will be commercially driven, new business focused with a strong desire to develop a book of business from the ground up, making a genuine impact on the growth strategy!

Experience with Publisher acquisition in the #AdTech sector is a must!

Your duties;

• Developing and delivering sales pitches to key prospects
• Full sales cycle – own for the entire ‘publisher development’ sales cycle while working closely with cross-functional internal teams (Client Success, Ad Ops, Product, and legal!).
• Leading the ‘follow up’ process, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Account management – Build, maintain, and grow current publisher clients.

Ideal candidate:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of Publisher Development experience within the AdTech sector.
• Excellent organizational skills and a good track record of managing and growing a pipeline and building and growing relationships.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of Google Ad Manager, Programmatic & header bidding/Prebid – a distinct advantage!

Up to £55k base salary + generous OTE + benefits
